Description
Fort Tryon Park is known for being the last remaining natural growth forest in Manhattan. With a high elevation point and outstanding views across the Hudson River, Fort Tryon is a New York touchstone, home to the unparalleled museum for Medieval art and architecture The Cloisters.
We'll meet at the entrance to the park and photograph the emerging spring foliage, the surrounding areas, and an optional (but highly recommended) tour through the museum itself.
What to bring
Bring your camera and a fresh battery or two, plus a clean memory card. A few additional lenses (if you have them) are encouraged.
