"Community" is an abstract concept for some, a reality for others. We'd love to talk about how this affects us in terms of creativity, motivation and support. Do we feel supported by the Community, or in constant competition with it? Do we feel stronger together, or would we rather be doing our own thing? How do we manage a larger Community, or maximize a smaller one?
